Job Overview

We are looking for a qualified Football Coach to lead sessions at our Brighton Centre in Peacehaven, currently we are looking for someone to lead our U6 & U7 group as well as our Girl's Academy.

Duties

Lead and motivate team members to achieve operational goals and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction. Educate staff on best practices, policies, and procedures to enhance their performance and professional development. Oversee daily operations during your shift, ensuring compliance with company standards and health and safety regulations. Manage inventory levels, including ordering supplies as needed to ensure smooth operations. Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues that may arise promptly and professionally. Conduct regular training sessions for staff, focusing on skill development and sports coaching techniques. Monitor team performance and provide constructive feedback to foster continuous improvement.

Requirements

Previous experience in a leadership role within a similar environment is preferred. Strong communication skills with the ability to educate and inspire others effectively. A background in sports coaching or related fields would be advantageous. Excellent organisational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. A commitment to maintaining high standards of service and operational excellence. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as required.
