The Role

We're looking for a

Self-Employed Lead Coach

to join our fast-growing team. You'll lead and mentor our coaching staff, deliver exciting Gymnastics and Ninja sessions, and ensure outstanding customer experiences at our clubs.

Responsibilities

Lead, mentor, and support coaching team members Deliver fun, safe, and engaging gymnastics/ninja classes Coordinate coaching schedules and class rotations Liaise confidently with parents and members, handling feedback professionally Maintain health and safety standards on site Help achieve club targets and contribute to daily operations Open and close the site as needed
Requirements

Experience coaching gymnastics, parkour, or Ninja activities Confident team leader with strong communication skills Passionate about working with children and developing talent Able to work evenings and weekends Self-motivated with a proactive attitude Relevant coaching qualifications (Level 1+ preferred)
