We are seeking Lead Clinician to join our fast paced and dynamic CAMHS Crisis and Home treatment team; We'd really like to find an enthusiastic, caring individual with significant post qualified experience working with Children & Adolescents in community a mental health setting.
CAMHS Crisis and Home treatment team work closely with other Child and Adolescent mental health services within Oxfordshire and is under the urgent care pathway provision all are provided by Oxford Health NHS Foundation Trust.
Working as part of an experienced multidisciplinary team you will be delivering high quality care and inputting into clinical pathway developments, as well as contributing to the assessment and treatment of young people who have presented to the CAMHS Crisis and Home treatment team.
There will also be opportunity to receive further training and frequent high-quality supervision.
This post covers all the Oxfordshire area and applicants must have the ability to travel independently.
Work as part of a highly skilled multidisciplinary team, delivering and evaluating intensive community treatment for children and young people in Oxfordshire, experiencing a mental health crisis.
The role will involve leading the team, in agreed areas of service development and will require proactive thinking and initiative.
This will involve holding your own caseload of patients to support the delivery of evidenced based interventions for wide range of presenting difficulties.
Clinicians will receive internal and external training and frequent high-quality supervision.
