About the Role



We are seeking a visionary yet hands-on digital transformation expert to join Project New Era--our strategic initiative to become a data-driven, AI-powered global real estate and proptech business. This is a once-in-a-career opportunity for someone at the forefront of digital innovation to shape the core technology stack of a fast-growing business operating across real estate development, construction, and asset management.This role will lead the buildout of our AI and automation infrastructure, data integration frameworks, and advanced business intelligence systems across departments. The ideal candidate will be equal parts systems engineer, product thinker, and builder--with a passion for operational excellence, cutting-edge technology, and creating real commercial impact.

Key Responsibilities



Lead the implementation of Microsoft Copilot, Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI), and Fabric into core business functions. Build and optimise internal tools and apps for:

Regulatory tech

: BSR/Gateway 2 & 3 compliance tracking.

Construction tech

: Workflow acceleration through Autodesk integrations, AI-assisted technical drawing review, and design workflows.

Sales tech

: AI-led apartment sales, client interactions, and online sales journeys.

Proptech innovation

: Portfolio management automation, smart property operations, and AI-driven asset oversight. Design and implement a live, connected data platform across all systems (NetSuite, Plexa, SharePoint, Autodesk, Lightyear, Revit, etc.) using APIs and middleware solutions. Build Power BI dashboards and analytical models, enabling "what-if" scenario planning, real-time KPIs, and financial forecasting. Identify and develop proprietary IP tools that can be commercialised as standalone SaaS or white-label solutions. Champion a high-performance culture within Project New Era, collaborating with board members, department heads, and external consultants. Stay on the edge of emerging tech (GenAI, LangChain, LLM APIs, Microsoft Fabric, Graph connectors) and experiment with novel use cases to elevate every business vertical.

Plexa UK - Strategic Product Leadership

As part of our expansion, we are taking ownership of

Plexa's rollout in the UK market

. You will play a central role in this, including:

Defining and delivering UK-specific enhancements to the Plexa platform (construction, commercial, and compliance workflows). Working with the Plexa global development team to shape product direction for UK contractors, developers, and consultants. Designing advanced reporting layers, user workflows, and AI/automation features to position Plexa as a category-defining tool in the UK construction sector. Supporting its integration with our internal ecosystem to demonstrate live case studies, drive adoption, and eventually scale as a commercial offering.

Requirements



7+ years of experience in digital transformation, software engineering, or enterprise systems development. Deep technical knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform, Azure (Data Factory, Synapse/Fabric), and integration technologies (APIs, Graph API, Logic Apps). Strong experience deploying Power BI and linking it with systems like NetSuite, construction tools, and external APIs. Demonstrated experience building and shipping internal tools and AI-powered automation products. Ability to integrate with and build upon platforms like Autodesk, SharePoint, Revit, and others. Creative problem-solver with a builder's mentality--able to turn ideas into prototypes and then production. Passion for proptech, AI, and business innovation. Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.

Ideal Candidate Profile

Has worked in a high-growth tech or digital environment, ideally intersecting real estate or enterprise software. Comfortable rolling up sleeves to ship MVPs and systems while shaping long-term tech strategy. Looks for inefficiencies and creates systems that scale.

What Success Looks Like



0-12 months: All core reports and processes digitised; AI and Copilot embedded into multiple departments. 12-18 months: Custom-built applications reducing manual time across core business functions. 12-18 months: Plexa UK enhancements defined, released, and piloted across initial contractor groups. 18-24 months: A proprietary IP product or module ready for external licencing or SaaS spinout.

Pay: 95,000.00-135,000.00 per year
