Role Purpose
We're looking for a motivated, lead generation executive to uncover new B2B opportunities in UK and Poland. This is a critical role focused on researching prospects, initiating outreach, and qualifying business opportunities for handover to the UK-based or Poland- based sales team.
You'll report directly into our UK leadership team, with local day-to-day support from our Service Desk Manager and Operations Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Research and identify potential clients within retail, hospitality, and IT integration sectors
- Use tools such as LinkedIn, outbound email, and CRM trackers to reach prospects
- Qualify inbound and outbound leads through email, calls, and online conversations
- Assess prospect readiness: need, budget, decision-making timeline
- Maintain accurate records in internal lead tracking systems
- Schedule meetings and hand off warm leads to the senior sales team
- Support the UK/PL team with market insights and lead feedback
- Prepare or adapt Polish/English messaging for prospect communications
You'll Thrive in This Role If You Have:
- Proven experience in outbound B2B sales, lead generation or business development
- Familiarity with retail technology or deployment environments (EPOS, POS, IT support, logistics)
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a highly inquisitive approach
- Strong written and spoken fluency in both Polish and English
- Organised, self-motivated, and target-driven mindset
- Ability to work independently while coordinating with cross-border teams
