Duties

Collaborate with the office team to ensure a smooth transition of qualified leads for follow-up.
Maintain accurate records of interactions with leads and update the database regularly.
Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities for lead generation.
Qualifications
Proven experience in sales or lead generation, within a similar industry.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, demonstrating initiative and self-motivation.
Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail, ensuring accurate data entry and record keeping.
Previous experience in customer service roles is beneficial but not essential.
