We are seeking a motivated and results-driven
Lead Generation Specialist
to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for contacting customers who have already shown interest in our products and offering them afree home consultation
.No cold calling involved!
All of our leads come directly from our nationwide advertising campaigns, meaning you'll be speaking to people who genuinely want to hear from us.Key Responsibilities:
Call customers who have requested a brochure to offer them a free home consultation Deliver excellent customer service, ensuring every interaction is professional and customer-focused Build rapport quickly and handle customer queries confidently Work towards and exceed individual and team targets
What We're Looking For:
Previous experience in telesales, lead generation, or a customer-focused phone-based role Confident and engaging telephone manner with the ability to build rapport quickly Driven by results and motivated to achieve and exceed targets Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage your workload effectively A positive, resilient attitude with excellent communication skills Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced, supportive team environment
