Duties
Conduct outbound calls to potential clients to generate interest in our products and services.
Utilise CRM software, to track interactions and manage lead information effectively.
Qualify leads based on established criteria to ensure they align with our target market.
Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for converting leads into customers.
Maintain accurate records of lead generation activities and report on progress regularly.
Engage in telemarketing campaigns to promote our offerings and gather valuable market insights.
Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and building rapport with potential clients.
Skills
Proven experience in B2B sales or lead generation, preferably within a similar industry.
Proficiency in telemarketing techniques and strategies.
Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM software for managing leads and tracking performance.
Strong command of English, both written and spoken; proficiency in Spanish is an advantage.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey information clearly and persuasively.
Strong organisational skills, enabling effective management of multiple tasks and priorities.
