We are looking for driven and resilient Lead Generators and Senior Lead Generators to join our growing sales team. You will identify and qualify B2B prospects through outbound cold calling, CRM pipeline management, and market outreach. Your work will directly fuel business growth and progression into more senior roles such as Energy Consultant and Closer.
This is a fast-paced role with huge earning potential, ongoing training, and clear pathways for promotion.

Key Responsibilities:
Identify and generate B2B leads via outbound phone calls, emails, and other activity.
Qualify and warm up leads based on need, timing and buying potential
Book and pass opportunities to the sales team (Consultants)
Build trusted relationships with key decision makers across various sectors
Keep accurate records in the CRM and provide feedback to support lead optimisation
Meet or exceed individual and team KPIs focused on quality and conversion
Collaborate with pricing specialists and sales managers to improve strategy and results
Continuously develop market knowledge and sales skills through training and coaching
Skills and Experience:
Essential:
Previous experience in outbound sales, lead generation or telesales
Excellent communication skills and phone manner
Driven by targets, with a proactive and resilient attitude
Strong organisation and time management skills
Desirable:
Experience in B2B energy, utilities, or sustainability sales
Understanding of energy procurement
Familiarity with CRM systems (HubSpot)
