The Role: Lead Generator (Outbound Sales - Cold Calling)

You'll be making

outbound calls to potential clients

who've engaged with us via surveys or marketing campaigns--but they're

not sitting by the phone waiting for you to call

.

Your mission is to:

Make outbound sales calls all day, every day

Verify information, qualify leads, and build interest

Generate leads ready to hand over to our Financial Advisors

Stay resilient

--every "no" gets you closer to a "yes" Use our CRM to

log calls and keep data accurate

Create urgency and drive conversations forward
