You'll be the first voice our customers hear turning warm enquiries into booked appointments for our sales team. If you're organised, motivated, and react fast, you'll love this role.

What you'll do:

React fast to new leads (Monday-Friday + Saturday mornings) Call, qualify, and book appointments for our sales team Keep our CRM tidy and up-to-date Follow up with warm leads and previous enquiries Work a few hours in the morning and afternoon -- and be ready to jump on leads as they come in during the day
Who we're looking for:

Confident, clear communicator with a friendly manner Quick to respond -- you hate leaving things waiting Organised and self-motivated (you'll have plenty of autonomy) Previous experience in sales, admin, or customer service helps -- but not essential Based near Poole/Bournemouth for occasional in-office training
Hours & Flexibility:

This isn't a rigid 9-5.

You'll typically work a couple of hours in the morning and a couple in the afternoon plus be available to react to new leads between 8am-8pm, Monday to Friday, and Saturday mornings.( We aim to be on the phone to leads within 5 minutes of the their enquiry average 2-4 leads a day and calls last 5-15 mins each.)

You manage your time. We care about results -- not how many hours you sit at a desk.
