What You'll Be Doing:



As Lead Coach, you'll be the energy and support behind our coaching team -- a hands-on mentor, motivator, and role model. Your role will be split between

delivering amazing sessions

and

supporting the growth and development

of your fellow coaches.

Key responsibilities:

Lead by example in the delivery of fun, safe, high-energy

gymnastics and Ninja classes

Mentor and support coaching team members, helping them build confidence and improve session quality Provide training and development guidance to new and existing coaches Support the Programme Manager with daily operations, staffing, and cover planning Organise daily coaching responsibilities and ensure team coverage Ensure all coaches work within their approved skill remit and follow Health & Safety guidelines Support team meetings, safety checks, and feedback reviews Handle parent/member queries and feedback with professionalism and positivity Contribute to achieving club goals, including member growth and retention Support with opening and closing duties as required Help create a supportive, inclusive, and enjoyable club culture for both team and members

What We're Looking For:



Proven coaching experience (preferably in

gymnastics

,

parkour

, or

Ninja-style training

) Previous leadership or mentoring experience in a coaching environment Confident leading a team and developing others High energy, self-motivated, and passionate about children's development Strong communication and customer service skills Positive, solutions-focused mindset Willingness to work

evenings and weekends
