The Role

As our Lead Heating Engineer / Field Operations Manager, you'll act as the technical backbone of our on-site operations. Provide technical support and supervision to engineers on-site, assisting with troubleshooting and ensuring best practice. Oversee installations and quality assurance in line with MCS standards and company procedures. Train and mentor engineers - both technically and professionally - to raise standards across the business. Conduct post-installation inspections to verify system performance and customer satisfaction. Act as the main point of contact for technical queries from engineers, customers, and management. Support project planning, scheduling, and resource coordination with the office team. Ensure all works comply with relevant H&S, Gas Safe, and F-Gas regulations.
