We are looking for a Lead HR Systems Analyst to join us on a full time, permanent basis at our Head Office in Northampton. We are offering hybrid working with a balance of days in the office as well as working from home.

We're looking to offer a salary of circa 55,000 and 25 days annual leave (plus bank holidays). What you'll do on a typical day:

Optimise and automate HR processes using digital tools to drive efficiency and scalability Collaborate cross-functionally with HR, IT, Finance, and Global Product teams to align systems and data flows Support system enhancements including configuration, user access, troubleshooting, and performance monitoring Lead UAT and training for new HR tech rollouts and global initiatives Drive continuous improvement through analytics, KPIs, and stakeholder feedback

What you need to succeed at GXO:

HRIS experience with platforms such as SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, and ServiceNow Strong data skills using Power BI, Power Automate, Tableau, and Excel Process mindset with knowledge of agile or lean methodologies Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities Integrity and attention to detail when handling sensitive HR data
