We are looking for an experienced, dynamic, flexible and highly motivated individual who enjoys working independently and within a team.
A successful candidate will;
Be currently working within Royal Surrey County Hospital Theatres
Be a registered Nurse or ODP with a valid NMC or HCPC registration
Have experience with Mentoring
Provide evidence of ongoing professional development
Have a minimum of two years post registration, and two years of anaesthetic practice
Have proven experience of leading a team and supporting the department in and out of hours
You will have the opportunity to develop skills such as;

You should be a registered qualified Operating Department Practitioner or qualified Anaesthetic Nurse. You should hold a mentorship qualification or be a Practice Assessor and have evidence of further study. Excellent communication, IT and organisational skills are essential for this role.
