About the Role

As Lead Nurse, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping and delivering high-quality clinical care across Northamptonshire. You'll lead a team of skilled nurses and health professionals, ensuring our approach is safe, evidence-based, compassionate and consistently improving.

Your key responsibilities will include:



Providing clinical and managerial supervision to the nursing team Leading the delivery of clinical, health and wellbeing interventions Driving clinical quality and best practice through audit, learning and reflection Supporting staff development and contributing to service improvement Working collaboratively across hubs, community locations and partner organisations
