Responsibilities:
Manage a caseload of credit hire litigation files, including pre-litigated and litigated matters.
Conduct legal research and prepare case summaries, reports, and documentation.
Draft and review court documents, pleadings, and correspondence.
Assist solicitors in the preparation of trial bundles and witness statements.
Monitor case deadlines and ensure timely responses to court orders and client inquiries.
Liaise with clients, court personnel, and opposing counsel professionally and effectively.
Provide administrative support as needed, ensuring all documentation is accurate and well-organized.
What will help you succeed in this role? :
Essential
Previous experience in litigation, ideally within credit hire or personal injury. Proven ability to manage a busy caseload and meet deadlines. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all aspects of work. Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team. Proficient in legal research and case management software.
