Job Summary

The Allvue Project Manager is the main point of contact for the Customer and is responsible for managing the schedule and financials of the project and helping ensure the Customer objectives for the project are achieved.
Responsibilities

  • Facilitate the definition of project scope, goals and deliverables
  • Define project tasks and resource requirements
  • Manage project budget
  • Manage project resource allocation
  • Plan and schedule project timelines
  • Track and manage project deliverables
  • Constantly monitor and report on progress of assigned projects to all stakeholders
  • Present reports defining project progress, problems and solutions
  • Implement and manage project changes and interventions to achieve desired project outputs
  • Project evaluations and assessment of results
Requirements
  • Working knowledge of agile and/or waterfall methodologies.
  • Familiarity with the Alternative Investment and Lending industry.
  • Understanding of relational databases and software development lifecycle.
  • Experience working with multi-functional and multi-location teams.
  • 1 to 3 years of Project Management and/or Consulting experience.
  • Experience with MS-Office 365, MS-Visio, SharePoint and Professional Services Automation software.
  • English (reading, writing, verbal)
Should Have:
  • Strong interpersonal skills including collaborating and team building.
  • Strong analytical, planning, and organizational skills with an ability to manage competing priorities.
  • Excellent oral and written communications skills and experience interacting with both business and IT individuals at all levels including the executive level.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to track multiple projects running in parallel.
Education/Certifications
  • Bachelors\' or Post Graduate degree in Information Systems or Business
  • PMP Certification preferred
