We're looking for a

Lead Property Manager

to take ownership of a busy portfolio, guide a Property Manager, and ensure every customer gets the best possible experience.

Your role

Manage a varied portfolio, ensuring maintenance, compliance, and communication are always on point. Support and coach one of our Property Managers, helping them develop their skills and confidence. Resolve complex issues like deposit negotiations and end-of-tenancy queries. Maintain strong landlord relationships - you're their go-to expert. Collaborate with Directors and our in-house tech team to improve systems and processes.

What you'll bring

Solid experience in property management or senior-level customer service. Great organisation, confident decision-making and calm under pressure. Strong people skills - you enjoy supporting others. Full UK driving licence and own vehicle.
