Our ServiceNow Team is growing and have an opportunity for a
Lead ServiceNow Developer
in Alderley Edge. We support and develop the ServiceNow platform which delivers ITSM functions (Incident, problem, change, request) to the business, Automation workflows, Custom applications amongst many other things. This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic technical team and work on a variety of aspects of the ServiceNow platform.
We are looking for a motivated and skilled individual who excels in a collaborative environment. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the ServiceNow platform and demonstrate a proven ability to deliver robust solutions that align with business objectives. You should have exceptional problem-solving capabilities, a proactive approach to identifying system improvements, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential, as is the capacity to work effectively with both clients and team members. About the role
Lead and develop the Platform Team Administrators and Developers
Liaison with ServiceNow Partners and Vendors
Administer and Develop deployed ServiceNow applications
Deliver complex ServiceNow solutions to match customer requirements
Enable and manage ServiceNow integrations
Managing and contributing to the ServiceNow Service Catalogs
Support users of ServiceNow via the Portal and Analyst View
Assisting with testing Platform upgrades
About you
ServiceNow CSA (Certified System Administrator) and ServiceNow CAD (Certified Application Developer) qualifications
Completion of the Expert Application Developer learning journey
Excellent understanding of the ServiceNow Platform, modules, integrations, and APIs
Excellent knowledge of the concepts of tables, tasks, data sources, views and dependencies
Knowledge of ITIL/IT Service Management or IT Operations Management
Excellent understanding of agile development practices.
Good working knowledge of CMDBs and associated data models
