Location: Hybrid working with our office based in Govan, Glasgow, G51 1DR.
Salary: \xc2\xa338,000 \xe2\x80\x93 \xc2\xa342,000 per annum DOE.
Contract: Full time, permanent.

Enable Cares, part of Enable Group, are recruiting for a Lead Services Manager in Glasgow. The role will involve the overall management of designated social care services, supporting the Regional Director to drive the area forward towards achieving the organisation\xe2\x80\x99s mission and objectives to support people to live a life of their choosing, through meaningful, self-directed support.

The Lead Services Manager will set a positive and inclusive tone within the area and continue to nurture an environment where staff thrive, by leading, motivating and inspiring others to be proud of the critical support services they provide. The Lead Services Manager will lead on our vision of a facilitative management approach supporting the Services Manager(s) and Team Facilitators in their leadership role and to embed this approach across the organisation.

About You

We are seeking experienced social care managers with an acute knowledge of support needs of of vulnerable adults including those with learning disabilities and complex mental health. Successful candidates should be able to demonstrate:

  • SVQ Level 4 in Health & Social Care or equivalent
  • High level of skill in a social care field; residential or supported living preferable
  • Clear knowledge of SDS principles, and delivering this in practice
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Financial and Budgeting skills and experience in delivering business development objectives
  • Full driving licence with access to your own vehicle for business use.
