About the Role
Get Further is an award-winning charity tackling educational inequality. As a Lead Tutor, you'll deliver impactful tuition to small groups (1-3 students) using our ready-made resources--while mentoring fellow tutors, supporting quality delivery, and driving student progress.

What You'll Do
Deliver weekly maths or English tuition (80% of role)
Coach and support Flex Tutors through peer mentoring and session observations
Help develop resources and contribute to tutor training
Track student attendance and progress
Champion Get Further's mission onsite with students and staff
What We're Looking For
Commitment to tackling educational inequality
Excellent communication & mentoring skills
At least 3 months' prior experience tutoring or teaching
GCSEs (C/4+), A-Level (B+), degree (2:1 or strong 2:2 considered)
Min. 15 hrs/week availability (with 11am-12pm free Fridays)
Right to work in the UK
Ability to travel to placement locations (some may require access to a car)
