Job Overview:



We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Education Centre Assistant to support the daily operations of our learning centre. This multifaceted role combines educational support, administrative tasks, and local marketing efforts. The ideal candidate is organised, confident in communicating with the public, and passionate about promoting educational services in the community.

Key Responsibilities:



1. Student Support and Session Management



Organise the preparation and delivery of educational sessions. Host engaging trial sessions for prospective students and families. Ensure session reports are completed accurately and to a high standard. Develop tailored student workpacks based on individual learning goals and progress.

2. Marketing and Community Engagement



Represent the centre at local events to raise awareness and attract new clients. Distribute flyers and other promotional materials in the local area. Make outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce the centre's services. Support initiatives to increase trial bookings and conversions.

3. Administration and Communication



Monitor and respond to enquiries via the centre phone and inbox in a timely and professional manner. Maintain accurate records and assist in scheduling sessions. Coordinate follow-up communications with clients after trial sessions or initial contact. Assist with other general administrative duties to ensure the smooth running of the centre.

Required Skills and Attributes:



Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong organisational and multitasking abilities. Confident and friendly demeanour, especially in public-facing situations. Comfortable with using basic office software and communication tools. A proactive attitude and willingness to take initiative.

Desirable:



Previous experience in a marketing, education, sales or customer service role. Knowledge of the local community and interest in educational development. Previous experience in a tutoring role.
Job Types: Part-time, Graduate

Pay: 14.00-16.00 per hour

Schedule:

Monday to Friday Weekend availability
Work Location: In person
