Join us at our brand-new, state-of-the-art 24/7 Veterinary Hospital opening in Stockton-on-Tees in January 2026. This is your opportunity to be part of something special from day one!



Our new hospital is set to feature 9 spacious consulting rooms, 3 fully equipped operating theatres, a diagnostic suite, digital X-ray, a dedicated dental suite, and an isolation unit. We also provide separate cat and dog wards for low-stress patient care, along with a central prep area to support efficient clinical workflow. Designed to deliver first opinion, referral, and out-of-hours care, our facility brings high-quality veterinary services to pets in the surrounding community.

Key role responsibilities:





Able to carry out all aspects of nursing. Actively encourage staff development, mentoring and best practice. Be experienced in carrying out 1-2-1 meetings with staff members. You will be a clinical coach or want to become a clinical coach with support. Have experience in rota management or be keen to develop this skillset. Happy to oversee clinic compliance such as Health and Safety and RCVS Practice Standards scheme criteria. Oversee stock management within the clinic. Carry out regular staff meetings. Have good commercial awareness with a tenacity to grow caseload, allowing more pets to access great, but affordable healthcare.

40 hours



4 day week



2:9 Weekends - with TOIL
