are seeking a passionate and experienced Leadership and Management Tutor to join our team! Teaching across a range of programmes based within employer premises

The successful candidate will be a confident communicator with the ability to build and maintain excellent working relationships. They will have knowledge and experiences of the Leadership and Management sector and have the skills to impart this knowledge to others. You will also need to either hold or be willing to working towards Teaching and Assessing qualifications. They will be required to teach face to face lessons and provide supportive feedback to students on their courses to help them develop and succeed.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver Leadership and Management sessions bespoke to employers needs Assess learners' needs and develop individualised learning plans. Support and mentor learners to achieve their career andgoals.

Requirements:

Proven experience in teaching or tutoring. Strong knowledge of Leadership and Management tools and workplace skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to motivate and inspire learners from diverse backgrounds.

Pay: From 120.00 per day
