Summary:

Working towards delivering our 2030 moonshot, our Leaders have a vital role to play in engaging our associates across Europe, telling our story internally and externally and bringing our Europe narrative to life.

As the Europe Leadership Communications Senior Manager, you will lead the development of our leadership engagement strategy, whilst supporting in the delivery of our narrative to different audiences, across different touchpoints, in different multimedia formats.

What You\xe2\x80\x99ll Do for Us:

Design and deliver the communications strategy for our leaders across Europe, in coordination with the Leadership & Internal Communications Director and the Strategic Communications VP

Ensure our OULT are speaking with one voice in support of our OU business narrative + moonshot \xe2\x80\x93 whilst developing segmented messages and opportunities for each, based on core areas of expertise (marketing, employer brand, sustainability, business growth)

Develop and maintain a comprehensive activation calendar for Europe Leaders across internal and external channels

In collaboration with the Content and Creative Manager, develop and deliver a channel and content strategy to reach internal and selected external audiences including but not limited to Townhalls, Yammer, direct mails, external events and LinkedIn using leaders\xe2\x80\x99 voices

Support leaders in the development of internal + external talk tracks, presentations and speeches

Measure and apply analytics to ensure content optimization, monitor engagement

Leverage wider leaders across the organization to showcase and promote internal talent, supporting a culture of leaders at all levels of the organization

Design and launch an employee advocacy programme, facilitating employees to be proud ambassadors of our business and brands across their own social media channels

Maintain ownership of the strategic activation calendar, collaborating with key internal stakeholders to align on the right moments and assets to promote

Provide messaging/narrative guidelines for each activation for employees to tailor and make their own

Collaborate with Content and Creative Manager in the design and set up of a dedicated platform for fulfilment, along with tracking methodology/metrics

Build relationships with key internal partners and decision-makers, including PACS, HR, Platform Services and Global Internal Communications

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • 8+ years of relevant experience in Communications, Public Affairs, Journalism, HR
  • Understanding of business and system operations
  • Stakeholder engagement capabilities
  • Experience working in large geographies
  • Experience working in agile, cross-functional and cross-geographical, multi-cultural teams
  • Positive thinking, curiosity, can-do mentality
Mastery of:
  • effective, clear and meticulous writing skills with attention to detail
  • Master O365 suite and SoMe platforms
  • influencing and coordinating with others
  • planning & management of projects and initiatives
Broad expertise in:
  • Copywriting
  • Digital native, on top of latest online channel developments
  • Video production experience beneficial
  • Experiences in social media
Travel requirements:

20% of travel required
