We're seeking a passionate and skilled Leadership & Management Development Consultant to join our Human Resources team. You'll play a key role in designing and delivering inclusive, high-impact development programmes that support our strategic goals and nurture leadership capability across the industry. About the role (External)
What does the average day look like?
As a Leadership & Management Development Consultant, your day will be varied, purposeful, and people-focused. You'll deliver and facilitate high-quality leadership and personal development programmes--both face-to-face and virtually--ensuring delegates are motivated and supported to achieve their learning goals. You'll design and refresh engaging, innovative training materials, and assess programme impact through feedback and evaluation to continuously improve delivery.
You'll collaborate with the wider team to manage course logistics, from scheduling and delegate communications to administrative coordination. You'll also contribute your expertise to other learning programmes, support training needs analysis and programme design, and build strong relationships across the industry to enhance our reputation and leadership capability.
This role involves regular travel and possible overnight stays, with an expectation to be away from the office for up to three days a week (not always back-to-back days). You'll also be required to attend a face-to-face team meeting once a month.
Essential Criteria
Experience of successfully delivering corporate level leadership and management training.
An engaging delivery style.
Organisational skills and sound planning ability.
Excellent team working skills.
