Part-Time Course Adviser
(16 hours per week) to help our learners on their training journey.
This role would be ideal for someone with strong customer service skills who enjoys helping people and working in a collaborative environment & would fit well round a university timetable.
No prior experience is necessary - full training is provided!
What You'll Do:
Answer incoming calls and follow up with learners who've shown interest in our courses, offering guidance on their options.
Send detailed course information to prospective learners.
Conduct online course inductions with new learners.
Process learner certifications and send certificates.
Handle general admin tasks, including updating learner records.
What We're Looking For:
Experience in call handling or customer service.
Proficiency with spreadsheets - you enjoy working with data and staying organized.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
A positive, proactive attitude and a desire to help learners succeed.
