This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Learning Delivery Partner, to work as part of the Global Learning Development team. The primary focus of the Learning Delivery Partner is to oversee the effective and seamless delivery of our programs and ongoing learning initiatives to create a positive learning environment, which excels in achieving its objectives and strategic targets. Reporting directly to the Enterprise Delivery Leader, the Learning Delivery Partner is accountable for driving the successful performance of their Learning Delivery Team, while establishing a culture that enables the team to learn and grow. Their role is to execute the delivery operational plan, identified through performance consulting, for global and regional needs to achieve the required employee capability development outcomes. They leverage their operational and facilitation knowledge and expertise to develop strategies to optimize the effectiveness of the learning function, develop optimal learning delivery strategies based on audience and learning content and build a strong learning culture to support development and growth. They will achieve this through setting a clear vision and direction for the Delivery team, coaching and developing the Delivery team members and providing key performance indicators and turning these into actions or opportunities for the business and client. To be successful in this role the candidate will have strong leadership, people leadership and analytical skills, experience managing teams and delivering a portfolio of learning solutions.

Responsibilities:

Manage team accountable for delivery of ongoing learning initiatives.

Allocate resources and workload assignments according to portfolio and specific program requirements.

Prioritizes and sequences a portfolio of learning delivery needs; addresses conflicts in Learning Delivery plan in consultation with Learning Consultants and Learning Portfolio Office.

Drive execution of the delivery strategy and gathers feedback from the team and clients to improve / adjust delivery plans, as needed.

Partner with key stakeholders within HR Operations and Learning Portfolio office to manage delivery logistics.

Create a collaborative, innovative and inspired learning culture.

Recruitment and onboarding of team members.

Evaluate the performance of trainers and determine development opportunities. Create team member development plans and pathways.

Coordinates with Learning Portfolio Office and Learning Creation to determine optimal delivery modalities.

Execute against facilitation and certification standard operating procedures. Maintain a network of trained/qualified instructors and SMEs to inform, support and/or facilitate learning solutions.

Oversee ILT and VILT delivery activities supporting in-role growth and career acceleration development areas for Human Health and Global Support Functions.

Leadership skills with demonstrated experience collaborating, influencing, coaching, and developing team members.

Previous experience in contributing to developing delivery strategy.

Ability to forecast delivery demand, develop resource plan and implement against plans efficiently and effectively.

Demonstrated experience engaging and influencing stakeholders at various levels.

Excellent interpersonal skills (communication, problem solving, collaboration, and sensibility to build rapport with client and co-workers)

Excellent problem solving, analytical and decision-making ability - able to make sound decisions under pressure.

Applying tools and techniques for grasping new concepts, acquiring new ways of seeing things, and revising ways of thinking and patterns of behavior

Ability to work autonomously without direct supervision.

High level accuracy and attention to detail.

Ability to determine metrics and measurement strategies to assess efficiency and effectiveness of learning delivery.

Ability to analyze and interpret and communicate data/insights.

Ability to use industry and organization standards, procedures, and policies relevant to staff learning and development.

Experience in applying concepts and practices of adult learning to meet the dynamic needs of the business.

Qualifications:

Required:

Minimum of a bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree, or currently in pursuit of degree completion, or equivalent relevant work experience in Human Resources, learning, Education, and related disciplines

Minimum 10 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience (with Masters\xe2\x80\x99 degree, minimum experience is 8 years)

Preferred:

Experience in the areas of learning, talent, HR, or comparable areas; experience in applicable technical/professional areas pertinent to the division / function served (e.g., R&D, manufacturing, sales/marketing, etc.)

U.S. Hybrid Work Model

Effective September 5, 2023, employees in office-based positions in the U.S. will be working a Hybrid work consisting of three total days on-site per week, generally Tuesday, Wednesday and either Monday or Thursday, although the specific days may vary by site or organization, with Friday designated as a remote-working day, unless business critical tasks require an on-site presence. Final determinations with respect to salary will take into account a number of factors, which may include, but not be limited to the primary work location and the chosen candidate\xe2\x80\x99s relevant skills, experience, and education.

Expected salary range: $118,640.00 - $186,800.00
