- Based in Sittingbourne / Hybrid


Salary

- 19,200 per year (paid breaks)


Hours

24hrs per week (normally Tuesday to Thursday, but with flexibility)


2 days per week at a COOK site- based at HQ in Sittingbourne, this role will include





About the role







Designs and delivers engaging, values-led learning experiences for COOK teams, partnering with leaders to create practical, memorable experiences and drive key initiatives.


This role is very varied, with excellent access across the business, and will include flexible hours and travel to COOK sites and external venues across the UK.





Your team:




The Learning & Development team designs creative, values-led learning experiences, for everybody and every team, to meet business needs and unleash potential.





Main responsibilities:









Bring learning to life across the business, championing our learning culture.

Act as a learning partner for business leaders and SME's, understanding and interpreting their needs, challenges and success measures. Influence and coach leaders to take ownership of team development.

Create high quality learning experiences and deliver them in an engaging and interactive way, including onboarding, leadership development, team building, and more.

Provide coaching and learning support to teams and individuals as needed.

Act on feedback provided by the co-ordinator to ensure continuous improvement in learning output.

Be the main point of contact for apprenticeships, working with the L&D manager to implement the strategy.

Lead on learning design for JEDI and wellbeing across the business.




Good to have




Is confident designing learning materials and content across a wide range of subject matter

Is an excellent facilitator and coach, who has strong communication skills

Has a passion for learning and sees potential in themselves and those around them

Is familiar with blended learning solutions and comfortable moving between face-to-face and online

Can build strong relationships at all levels, enjoys collaboration and takes feedback in their stride
