About the role



Are you someone who loves organising and connecting with people? Following the promotion of the current post holder, we're looking for a Learning and Development Co-Ordinator to join our Organisational Development team.


In this role, you'll help bring our learning offer to life, from scheduling training and managing our learning platforms, to supporting apprenticeships and attending job fairs. You'll be the person who keeps everything running smoothly behind the scenes, while also being a welcoming face at events.

You'll play a key part in raising awareness about opportunities available for people to develop their skills and your work will help shape a positive learning culture across the organisation.


What we're looking for?



We'd love to hear from you if you:


Are confident using digital tools and systems (like HR or learning platforms) Enjoy organising and planning ahead Enjoy talking and working with others Have an eye for detail and a creative streak
If you have a CIPD Level 3 qualification (or are currently working towards it), that's a definite plus, but if not we'll support you to gain the qualification through funding and study time. We're looking for someone with a genuine interest in learning and development, and the potential to grow in the role.
