The Learning & Development Coordinator will be responsible for driving the delivery of training programmes across the account, with a strong focus on ensuring all training is compliant, timely, cost-effective, and efficiently managed.

A major focus of the role will be on managing training compliance for a large-scale government contract launching later in the year.
Each role within the contract will be assigned a competency passport, and regular spot checks will be conducted to ensure all staff are qualified and compliant.
The coordinator will be responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date training databases for reporting purposes and will act as the first line of support for the Learning Management System (LMS).
Reporting directly to the Learning and Development Manager, the role will involve close collaboration with all Placemakers on site.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate internal and external training programmes, both in-person and online
Maintain and update training records for all Placemakers
Monitor and report on compliance with mandatory training requirements
Provide first-line support and user management for MyLearning platform
Handle all Learning & Development inbox queries efficiently
Raise and manage purchase orders for external training providers
Improve and automate L&D processes for better efficiency
Professional and Personal Competencies/Qualifications
Previous admin experience in Construction or FM sectors preferred
Customer service background with strong interpersonal and written skills
Confident handling large data sets; Excel and Power BI experience advantageous
Familiarity with Skills Guard or similar competency passport systems preferred
Some project management experience beneficial for supporting wider initiatives
