Key Responsibilities:

Align L&D initiatives with site and business objectives. Design, deliver, and evaluate training solutions for all levels. Training delivery is a key element of the role, supporting the site's people strategy, operational initiatives, and priorities. Ensure all mandatory training requirements are completed on time and in full. Manage training interventions within budget and explore funding opportunities (e.g. apprenticeship levy). Collaborate with stakeholders to identify development needs and priorities. Lead induction, onboarding, and assessment processes. Support HR initiatives such as talent platforms, eLearning, succession planning. Track KPIs and ensure accurate reporting.

What We're Looking For:

Proven experience in L&D, ideally within FMCG. Strong knowledge of best practices and varied training methodologies. Excellent interpersonal, influencing, and negotiation skills. Ability to manage multiple projects under pressure and at pace. Familiarity with good manufacturing practices and commitment to company values.
