The role




As a Senior Learning and Development Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and delivering learning initiatives across ANS. You will take ownership of key L&D projects, work closely with stakeholders to drive learning strategy, and ensure the efficient and effective coordination of training programs. You will be a key contact for learning initiatives, driving engagement and ensuring alignment with business objectives. This role ia an 12 month fixed term contract to cover maternity leave.

What will I be doing?



Training Coordination & Delivery



Oversee and manage complex training programs, ensuring seamless execution. Collaborate with senior stakeholders to identify learning needs and recommend solutions. Ensure mandatory company-wide training programs are effectively tracked and completed. Support the facilitation of training sessions where necessary.

L&D Project Ownership & Process Improvement



Lead L&D initiatives, such as onboarding programs, leadership development, or digital learning rollouts. Review and enhance existing learning processes to improve efficiency and impact. Take a proactive approach in recommending new learning solutions to meet business needs.

Stakeholder Engagement & Support



Act as a trusted learning partner to teams across the business, providing expert advice on L&D solutions. Work closely with department heads and senior managers to ensure learning initiatives support business objectives. Build strong relationships with external training providers and vendors.

Data & Reporting



Maintain and analyse training records, providing insights to inform decision-making. Regularly report on L&D activity, impact, and key metrics to senior leaders. Use data-driven insights to improve learning strategies.

Technology & Learning Resources



Administer and optimise the company's Learning Management System (LMS) to enhance user experience. Ensure learning materials are current, relevant, and engaging. Support the integration of digital learning tools and resources.

What will I bring to the role?



Prior experience in an L&D role, with a proven track record of coordinating training programs. Experience managing multiple learning initiatives simultaneously. Strong facilitation and communication skills. Experience working with an LMS (Go1 or similar preferred). Ability to analyze training data and produce insightful business reports. Familiarity with digital learning trends and emerging technologies. Leadership and influencing skills to drive learning initiatives. Excellent stakeholder management, with the ability to engage senior leaders. Highly organised, with strong project management skills. Data-driven mindset, using insights to improve learning strategies. A proactive and innovative approach to learning and development. Passionate about employee development and continuous improvement.
