Job Description

We are seeking a Learning & Development Specialist to design, develop, and deliver impactful training programs for the Royal Family of Abu Dhabi. The role will be a minimum 2 year contract in Abu Dhabi (NOT THE UK)

This role is ideal for a creative and results-driven professional with a passion for adult learning, content development, and organizational growth in a confidential, high-standard environment.

Key Responsibilities

Design and develop effective training programs tailored to operational and organizational needs Create engaging learning content (presentations, e-learning modules, handouts) Facilitate training sessions using interactive, learner-focused methods Implement evaluation tools to measure training outcomes and ROI Collect and analyze feedback to improve training effectiveness Organize in-person and virtual workshops and courses Oversee training budgets and manage vendor contracts when applicable ? Plan end-to-end development journeys for staff and teams Maintain accurate records of training schedules, attendance, and performance Research and apply the latest L&D methodologies, technologies, and trends Deliver internal training or coordinate with external providers as needed Report regularly to management on training activities and outcomes Perform other duties related to workforce development and capability building

Must-Have Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Education, Training, HR, or a related field and delivery) Strong communication and facilitation skills in English Proficiency with LMS platforms and digital learning tools Solid organizational skills and the ability to work with cross-functional teams Up-to-date knowledge of L&D best practices and tools

EU passport is mandatory*

Nice-to-Have

Master's degree in a related field Arabic language skills Experience working in a VVIP, government, or high-profile setting
