Delivery of effective and up to date learning, through a variety of learning events and methods to required delivery standards. Deliver learning in line with business needs and priorities. Be agile, adaptable, and creative within your delivery, always considering the end user and business requirements Evaluate the success of training by assessing the achievement of learning objectives and the success of knowledge transfer. Embody our Vision and Values in all delivery. Timely reporting of attendance, Management of late notice and non-attendance Support L&D Managers with content by providing feedback and recommending updates to materials. Collaborate with internal business partners in the creation and delivery of learning content. Support Training Centre Manager with training administration tasks including use of the LMS (Kallidus) National travel and occasional European travel are a requirement of this role.

Qualifications

Experience of training delivery Experience with operational financial training is an advantage but a willingness to embrace this subject is essential. Familiarity with traditional and modern training methods (mentoring, coaching, on-the-job or in classroom training, e-learning, workshops,) Ability to assess adult learning and development needs in the training environment. Understanding of how to create an inclusive learning environment. Excellent communication and leadership skills Strong active listening and critical thinking ability. Effective judgement and decision making. Ability to plan, multi-task and manage time effectively. Strong writing and record keeping ability for reports and training manuals. Good computer and database skills. Continuous learner. Learner focused. Relationship builder. Good organizational skills. Adaptable. Collaborative. Good communication skills. Proactive problem solver.
