Customer Experience team

is part of the Commercial Excellence department, supporting our local customer teams in delivering exceptional experiences to our clients. The Learning Experience team specializes in creating client-focused training and certification content, as well as managing our learning systems to ensure accessible and impactful learning for our customers.


As a

Learning Experience Manager

, you'll lead client-facing learning projects while partnering with a diverse range of stakeholders, including product teams, marketing, customer support, and subject matter experts. You'll design and deliver impactful, end-to-end learning experiences that enable customers to succeed and grow with confidence.

Design and develop training courses with clear objectives, applying research-based principles to support learner success in various formats (online, hybrid, in-person). Create engaging e-learning materials using tools like Articulate, Rise, or Adobe Captivate, including interactive activities, assessments, and animated videos. Manage the creation and editing of training materials to meet high-quality standards; using AI-assisted design and quality assurance where applicable. Administer and optimize the LMS, generating reports and ensuring accurate learning plans and training availability. Collaborate with stakeholders and specialist teams to develop tailored learning programs for clients. Stay updated on developments in learning science, design, AI applications in education, and emerging technologies to continuously enhance offerings. Measure and report the business impact of training initiatives and make data-driven improvements. Contribute to customer onboarding and enablement programs. Design visually compelling content and multimedia assets to support training initiatives.

A graduate degree in learning design, instructional design, educational psychology, or equivalent experience. Proven expertise in designing online instructional activities and familiarity with tools like Intellum, Evolve, Articulate 360, or similar. Strong skills in LMS administration, organization, and data reporting. Solid project management skills, including multitasking and delivering results within agreed timelines. Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage stakeholders in cross-functional teams. Knowledge of industry learning trends, best practices, and adult learning theory.

Stand out by having:




Experience developing training for multiple delivery formats (virtual, hands-on, instructor-led, synchronous/asynchronous). Proficiency in creating digital assets and interactives (e.g., illustrations, simulations, animated videos). Knowledge of the adtech ecosystem (DSPs, SSPs, DMPs, etc.). Industry certifications in instructional design, curriculum development, or project management. Experience using Figma. Experience handling and interpreting complex data sets to inform learning strategies.
