The LI&R team (within People Solutions)aims to provide our learners with the best possible learning experience, the team is responsible for ensuring that our learning programmes are delivered effectively, from strategy through to implementation and evaluation. Made up of Course Managers, Course Executives and Training Coordinators, the team lead on the overall project, risk, financial and commercial management of our programmes. Key responsibilities include managing all logistical elements of our programmes, including but not limited to: planning, scheduling and managing our programmes; sourcing suppliers and venues; building curriculums onto our learner management system; managing supplier relationships; and evaluating and reporting on our programmes.
