LOCATION: Flexible (London or Birmingham preferable)
PROPOSED SALARY RANGE: 355,000 - 373,000 per annum depending on relevant skills, knowledge and experience. The expected salary range for this role reflects internal benchmarking and external market insights.

PURPOSE OF THE ROLE
We have a new opportunity available in the Academy for a Learning Partner who will lead the design and delivery of our in-person induction offering as well as leading on key projects to support the BBC's learning offer to ensure learning design commissions are executed on time and to a high standard. The role will also be responsible for managing a Senior Learning Advisor who will leading on scheduling, resourcing and co-ordinating the learning design.
As a Learning Partner, you will work with key stakeholders to design learning that inspires delegates to take part in the learning, achieve their full potential and meet their development objectives during and after training.
If you possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills and demonstrate a collaborative approach to work and have significant experience in the training and development of staff, this could be the role for you.

Responsibilities include managing external training providers, overseeing budgets and governance, and ensuring timely delivery of high-quality training programs. The role also involves conducting training needs analysis, designing and evaluating learning solutions, and aligning them with industry best practices. You'll lead cross-functional teams, maintain performance reporting, and ensure compliance with BBC policies on diversity, accessibility, and sustainability. Additionally, you'll support continuous improvement and implement efficient processes for learning design and delivery.
