Purpose of the role:

Our purpose is to inspire our customers to feel confident and uplifted.In the People & Culture team, we also want to do that for our people. In this stand-alone role you will work in partnership with leaders and managers, youll provide strategic and tactical support for our learning and development approaches to drive individual, team and business performance. Providing data, insight and challenge to our stakeholders that help to create and embed our inclusive culture and environment.

Key Accountabilities of the role:

To create and deliver learning and development strategies, programmes and interventions for key stakeholders that drive operational excellence and deliver amazing customer experience. Create engaging leadership development to ensure we increase capability and develop our internal talent pipeline. Manage our learning management system, adding and tailoring content for maximum learning impact and using the data to report, to provide insight and evaluate effectiveness. Champion our learning culture and growth mindset approach as part of our company culture. You will be part of the People & Culture Leadership team and will be required to provide a wide range of support for key business projects and business strategies. Lead our Belonging group to ensure that every single person feels like they belong, can truly be themselves and hold senior leaders to account in delivering our BRC commitments to Diversity, Equality and Inclusion.

Person specification:

Affinity with our purpose and brand and are totally customer centric with experience across management development and operational learning in retail Ability to build relationships and rapport quickly with stakeholders with a collaborative and inclusive working style An understanding of diversity, equality and inclusion approaches Excellent verbal communication with a flair for writing engaging training Curious about the latest technologies, techniques, approaches, best practice and industry thinking Highly organised, with excellent planning, organisational and delivery skills and ability to manage time, multitask and work under pressure A qualification in psychometric testing would be advantageous
