Job Title Learning & Performance Manager



What is the opportunity?

You will be part of a team responsible for the learning and performance across European business platforms within Capital Markets and aligned Functions, leading on consultant and program management activities for assigned projects.

You will also be part of the Global Capital Markets Learning & Performance (L&P) team accountable for the end-to-end management of learning strategy and execution of platform learning solutions.

You are a strategic partner and trusted advisor to Business and HR partners, collaborating to identify performance gaps. You add value by enabling employee development through learning solutions that impact and enhance performance and business outcomes with data-driven advice and measurable solutions.

What will you do?

Build relationships and create trust by having a deep understanding of the strategic vision and talent strategy for the assigned portfolio

Collaborate with HR & business partners to identify performance gaps; lead discovery of performance gaps through needs analysis assessments

Highly skilled at impact and influence in order to stakeholder learning concepts and solutions to leaders for decisions and buy-in

Create a learning and performance plan from the insights gathered during needs analysis to communicate and recommend learning solutions with measurable performance outcomes and evaluation methodology

Deliver end-to-end program management for prioritised learning solutions and initiatives, utilising robust project management, vendor management and data reporting practices

Leads quarterly reporting and data analysis for priority regional learning and performance initiatives

Leads the regional marketing and communication strategy that promotes an always learning environment as part of overall employee value proposition.

What do you need to succeed?

Must-have

Good consulting and relationship management skills with demonstrated capability managing stakeholder expectations

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and demonstrated presentation skills

Demonstrated ability to manage multiple high stakes projects and deliverables and prioritise projects that are running concurrently.

Nice-to-have

Professional experience in adult education and/or learning and development, talent development and/or talent management

Analytical mindset with strong data analysis skills.
