Learning Support Assistant At Walliscote Primary School

North Somerset, ENG, GB, United Kingdom

Job Description

Are you passionate about supporting children's learning and wellbeing? Whether you're looking for a career change or starting out in education, this role offers the chance to make a real impact within Weston-super-Mare.

No formal qualification? No problem. While a level 3 education/early years qualification is an advantage, it's not essential. We welcome applicants with diverse experience, whether from the care sector, NHS, childcare, or volunteering with children.

About you

A proactive, energetic, and committed individual who can engage pupils and inspire confidence. Calm, patient, and sensitive, with the ability to comfort children when needed. A positive attitude and enthusiasm for creating a supportive learning environment. Experience working with autistic children, social communication barriers, and complex needs is essential.
