We're a loud, fast-paced, positive team, based in the centre of Romford. We want someone who is going to come in, pick up the phone, and match our energy. You'll be negotiating constantly between dealers and lenders, securing the best deals for our customers.
We deal with personal individual and businesses looking for car and van lease deals, from Fiat 500 to Porsche 911, you will deal with it all.
About the role:
Manage and grow a customer portfolio for both business and personal customers.
Discuss customer requirements and provide suitable solutions.
Generate new business opportunities.
Ensure all customers are contacted in a timely manner.
Provide quotes and process orders.
Keep all customer records updated and accurate.
Hit agreed-upon KPIs.
Understand and take accountability for FCA Guidelines.
About you:
Must have at least 1 year or prior sales experience, candidates without this will not be considered.
Positive & driven attitude
Automotive experience is preferred but not essential.
Telephone sales experience is desired.
Ability to multi-task and work autonomously in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.
Good computer skills, including knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Professional telephone manner and exceptional communication skills.
Driven to provide excellent customer service and have a positive attitude.
Flexibility and a willingness to learn and develop.
Desire to build a successful career in the motor industry.
What we offer:
Base salary of 25,000 - 30,000 pa, depending on experience.
Monthly uncapped commission based on achieving agreed KPIs.
20 days annual leave plus UK Bank Holidays, increasing by 1 day every year up to a maximum of 25 days.
