We're seeking a full-time Creative Media Lecturer to join our vibrant team. This role offers the opportunity to share your

teaching expertise
to shape the next generation of media professionals.
What you'll do:
Captivate students:
Deliver engaging and informative lessons across all levels, from introductory courses to Higher Education programs.
Be an expert guide:
Develop and implement a curriculum that blends
journalistic principles
with modern
creative media skills
.
Empower individuals:
Foster a supportive learning environment that promotes
high student retention and achievement
.
Collaborate for success:
Work closely with our dedicated faculty to create a dynamic learning experience for students.
What we're looking for:
A seasoned pro:
A degree (or HND) and
recent industry experience
in media (journalism and/or creative media).
Teaching chops:
A teaching qualification (PGCE/CertEd) is preferred, with willingness to pursue a Level 5 Diploma if needed (we'll support you!).
Communication maestro:
Excellent communication skills to effectively convey information and inspire engagement.
Safeguarding champion:
Proven commitment to safeguarding children, young people, and vulnerable adults.
Team player:
The ability to collaborate effectively and contribute to a positive team environment.
Adaptable educator:
Flexibility and a knack for tailoring your approach to diverse learner needs.
Organisational whiz:
Experience in organising, managing, and delivering high-quality media learning opportunities.
