```Duties:```
- Prepare and deliver lectures to undergraduate and/or graduate students on assigned topics
- Conduct in-depth research and stay up-to-date with developments in the field
- Develop course materials such as syllabi, lecture notes, and assignments
- Facilitate class discussions and engage students in active learning
- Provide guidance and support to students through office hours and email communication
- Assess student performance through exams, papers, and other assignments
- Collaborate with colleagues on curriculum development and program improvement
-This role will involve outreach work outside of the main classroom setting.
-You will be connecting with learners in a professional manner, supporting them with their learning, enabling them to achieve success through not only qualifications, but developing the confidence and softer skills that they can apply to employment as well
as other areas of education.
```Requirements:```
- A minimum of a Master's degree in the relevant field is required; a Ph.D. is preferred
- Previous teaching experience at the college or university level is highly desirable
- Demonstrated expertise in the subject matter of the courses to be taught
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with students
- Ability to create a positive and inclusive learning environment
- Proficiency in using technology for instructional purposes
- Commitment to professional development and staying current in the field
