Duties
Assist lawyers in preparing legal documents, including contracts, briefs, and correspondence.
Organise and maintain case files, ensuring all documents are accurately filed and easily accessible.
Conduct research on legal precedents and relevant laws to support ongoing cases.
Manage schedules, including appointments and court dates, ensuring timely reminders for all parties involved.
Communicate effectively with clients, providing exceptional customer service and addressing inquiries as needed.
Coordinate with external parties such as courts, opposing counsel, and other stakeholders to facilitate case progress.
Prepare meeting agendas and take minutes during client meetings or internal discussions.
