Legal Administrator - Enforcement

Salary: From \xc2\xa322,737 depending on experience

Location: Leeds, Thorpe Park, Hybrid Working

As a Legal Administrator \xe2\x80\x93 Enforcement, this means managing the end to end process of all cases selected for Enforcement by the way of a Charging Order

Your mission:

You will be responsible for managing all cases selected for enforcement by way of a Charging Order. To meet client\xe2\x80\x99s expectations, you will ensure sound advice is given to the client and provide your expert recommendations and directions.

You\xe2\x80\x99ll be focused on identifying and putting into action the best strategies for achieving client objectives by contributing to the development of departmental procedures and processes for the Charging Order Team as well as, helping to train and provide feedback to junior members of staff on more complex Enforcement processes.

Within this role you will develop a professional relationship with Third Parties, Solicitors, Clients, as well as, respond to District Judge queries and any other issues which arise from Court Applications. Other major responsibility of this role will include responding to District Judge queries and any other issues which arise from Court Applications as such, an intimate understanding of Pre-Action Protocol, Civil Procedure Rules and the County Court Bulk Centre claims procedure will be essential for a successful applicant.

Good written and verbal skills

Excellent commercial understanding and decision-making ability

The successful applicant may have experience of dealing with consumer litigation matters, specifically enforcement.

Thoroughness and close attention to detail

Ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines.

Motivated and able to pro-actively manage cases on own initiative.

A starting salary of from \xc2\xa322,737
