Legal and Compliance Administrator

to support our Legal & Compliance function. This is a pivotal role helping ensure our business operations meet legal and regulatory standards across global markets.

What will you do?



Answering Data Subject Access Requests over multiple mediums such as telephone and emails. Supporting the team in the collating and distribution of documentation through the processing of data. Deal with legal documentation administration, processing non-disclosure agreements and other contractual documents through our online management system. Arrange and facilitate audits both internally and externally, together with co-ordination and completion of client audit questionnaires. Assisting the Legal and Compliance team to maintain records of regulatory compliance. Serve as a point of contact for internal legal and compliance inquiries. General administration and support.

What will you need?



Accomplished communication skills including an ability to converse with a variety of internal and external users (including members of the public). Good computer skills in Excel and general computer knowledge. An excellent eye for detail and good time management. High degree of discretion when handling confidential information. A willingness to work independently and as part of a team.
