We're looking for a highly organised and detail?focused Legal Operations Executive to support our busy Commercial and Legal Operations functions. You don't need a legal background, we're looking for someone with excellent administrative skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast?paced environment.


This role is hybrid, 2 days a week from our Cambridge office.


What will I be doing:



Ensuring all documentation and workflows are accurate, organised, and completed on time Monitoring every Customer opportunity approved for processing, making sure each one is countersigned, legally binding, and stored in the correct internal repository Working closely with Sales Operations to gather required paperwork for deal booking on Salesforce, ensuring minimal disruption to Customers Working across marketing contracts, and with third parties ensuring that contracts are triaged and reviewed by the appropriate teams while capturing all information and tracking of countersigned contracts Working collaboratively with the RFP team to onboard, allocate and track all RFP's coming through to the team. This includes capturing and collating all necessary information and documents accurately. Maintaining and improving where needed the Legal department's internal record?keeping systems Identifying opportunities to streamline manual tasks and make existing processes more scalable Building strong working relationships with teams across the company. For example, Finance, Sales Operations, HR, Procurement, System Operations, Security, GTM and GPO Providing day?to?day and project support to both the Head of Legal Operations and the Team Lead

What experience do I need:



Strong organizational and administrative experience, ideally in a fast?paced or high?volume environment Exceptional attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously Confidence working with documentation, data, and internal systems Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with a variety of teams A proactive, improvement?focused approach to problem?solving and process refinement Reliability, ownership, and the ability to work independently when needed An interest in operational efficiency and cross?functional teamwork
Legal background is not essential for this role
