Legal Receptionist
Location: St Helens

We are seeking an experienced and reliable Receptionist to join our busy law firm. This is a key front-of-house role, ideal for someone who is organised, professional, and comfortable working in a fast-paced office environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Managing a busy reception desk
Greeting clients and visitors in a professional and welcoming manner
Handling incoming calls and directing enquiries appropriately
Assisting with post & DX, deliveries, and general office administration
Providing support to fee earners with tasks such as admin-based tasks, photocopying, scanning etc.
Requirements:
Previous experience working on a busy reception desk (essential)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Well-presented, courteous, and client-focused
Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
Full driving licence and access to your own vehicle (essential)
Willingness to travel between offices and other premises during working hours
This role would suit someone dependable, proactive, and comfortable working as part of a professional legal team.
